About J-CTI
J-CTI is a 2-weeks trip to Japan in which participants get an immersive experience into the cultural and technological aspects of Japan. The program consists of (1) Tourist activities in Osaka, Kyoto and Nara, (2) Introductory seminars on Emering Technology topics, and (3) an academic visit to Mirai Innovation Research Institute to try out the latest technologies being developed at our labs .
The program gives you the opportunity to experience first-hand the current and relevant emerging technologies created in Japan while living with key cultural aspects of Japanese society.

An Academic Visit to Mirai Lab
Mirai Innovation Research Institute is currently developing technologies for industries such as: Education, Healthcare, Aerospace, Logistics, Communications, Food, Construction and Entertainment.
Participants will have a first-hand experience with technologies such as:
– Brain wave sensing technologies
– Holograms
– Autonomous Mobile robots and Drones
– Exoskeletons
– Virtual and Augmented Reality environments
– The Metaverse
– Human-to-Human skill transfer technologies, and much more!

- Excellent physical and mental health.
- Interest in technologies and new trends in innovation.
- Desire of travelling and learning about Japanese culture.
* Under 20 years of age, must be accompanied by a guardian.

- 2-weeks travel insurance
- Tourist visa*
* Mirai Innovation Research Institute will provide the necessary documents to process the visa at the Japanese embassy of your country if necessary.
